To respond to your enquiries, to contact you with our newsletter and updates if you have asked us to, to operate and improve the Site, and to understand readership. We do not sell your personal data. Submitting your email address does not currently result in any automated mail — we are not yet sending a newsletter, and addresses are held so that we can contact you once we do.
We share limited data with providers that help us operate. Newsletter signups and contact form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace), and website analytics are handled via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. These providers process data on our behalf under their own policies. You may request removal of your email address or contact submission at any time by writing to contact@microcapdesk.com.
